Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at The Store. We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all garment tags attached.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns outside of this 14-day window.

Items that are damaged, soiled, or missing original labels may not be accepted and could be returned to you.

How to Return
To return an item, please email us at info@thestore-london.com with your order number and reason for return. You may also return items in-store.

We are a small independent business and cannot currently offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return postage and any associated duties or taxes.

Returns are processed within 28 days of receiving your item(s). You’ll receive an email once your return has been inspected and approved.

Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider.

  3. Reach out to your bank for further assistance.

Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Email info@thestore-london.com with your order number and item details, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email us with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos where possible.
Please note: Damage caused by wear, incorrect washing, or ironing is not considered a manufacturing fault.

If approved, we’ll arrange a refund or exchange and cover standard delivery costs.
